Welcome to Regency Pageants of Virginia, home of the Miss/Ms. Spotsylvania Regency Pageant since 2002, and Miss Pear Tree Blossom Pageant since 2016. This Pageant system offers contestants a pageantry experience with a charitable purpose and a chance to obtain experience in modeling, image, fashion, confidence, stage presence, and public speaking.
We hope every contestant takes home a positive experience, friendships, and learns good sportsmanship!
Meet The Directors
Kelly Robinson
Kelly was born and raised in Fredericksburg, Virginia. She has three beautiful children: Tydru, Jayden, and Lyla. Kelly entered the pageant world when she was just a baby, and her love for pageants grew when she started her daughter in pageants. Kelly and her Mom own DKL Fashion, where they make affordable pageant attire. Kelly enjoys photography, crafting, reading, and can be seen playing video games with her kids. Kelly is so excited to start this Regency journey with her friends by her side!
Milissa Julius
Milissa has been married for 22 years and has two beautiful children, Fayth and Jeramy. Milissa was born and raised in Stafford, Virginia, and loves spending time with friends and family. She is a business consultant, helping clients for 20+ years start and maintain a successful business. Milissa is the brains behind Regency, and you will often catch her behind a computer. She is excited to help Regency gain success while spending time with her friends!
Cala Robinson
Cala was born and raised in Maryland and moved to Virginia in 2017, where she met and married Kelly’s older brother, Drew. They have a beautiful daughter named Hayley, who is just starting to get into pageants. Cala is an online judge for some popular photo contest pages. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Cala is the Go-Getter for Regency and often takes the lead in crucial situations. She is so excited to watch Regency grow with her friends!
